Dave, Jennifer, Scott and Staff;
Where do I begin? Everyone kept telling me that if anything goes wrong not to worry because my guest wouldn’t notice the problem is, I would know. I prepared myself for some disappointments . Throughout the process of “wedding Planning”, as normal I ran into some minor issues with vendors. Maryland Country Caterers on the other hand made my wedding planning experience a breeze! From phone calls, emails and meetings it felt comforting that I had nothing to worry about. Words cannot express my gratitude. I am so lucky to have had you guys as my caterers. The little things that make large impressions like favors, decorations, toasting glasses and much more you took care of it all. The little bumps on the road you eased them all.

From the moment I arrived at my ceremony and saw Dave, I knew everything was okay. John and I felt like royalty at our wedding, when our glasses were half empty before we knew it they were full. All of our guests, not one or three but all of ours guests commented on how wonderful the waiters were and service was excellent! Throughout the reception I always felt like there was angel eyes looking at us to make sure we were okay.

Scott, you went above and beyond to make sure John and I were taken care of. I had mentioned to Scott that I needed to have water at my table at all times and John to have his Bud light lime. John and I were laughing at times because you were like a peeping tom, you were never to far away. Running Hare vineyard is a large place, we kept seeing you at different areas of the venue looking at us to make sure all was good. There was also a few times John and I were outside on the portico and I was looking for water, I turned around and saw you through the glass doors, you were walking towards us with a glass of water on hand!

Dave your staff was awesome, very pleasant and professional always with a smile. John and I towards the end tried to get Scott to have a few drinks with and of coarse he turned us down as expected. A few of my guest tried to get the bartender out on the dance floor but she wouldn’t budge. Dave you have an amazing team, your staff was so nice and fun yet professional!

P.S The to go box of snacks and food came in very handy after the wedding was over.

Please thank Dave and the staff for us. We were very impressed with the service level provided by the staff and our guests really loved the food. My brother in law loved the mini beef Wellingtons – I heard he ate most of them. The bartenders were really wonderful. The inside bartender was particularly attentive – every time I looked up she had a fresh flute of champagne for me ! What great service! While Ray and I didn’t actually eat during the event, we had lots of leftovers later that night and yesterday as well and everything was just great! We especially loved the artichoke and crab dip.

Ill be sure to forward some pictures of the buffets once we get them back from the photographer in a few weeks.

Customer service and responsiveness was awesome! I was very happy with them and would def. use them again for any event. The staff at the wedding and food was excellent!

Maryland Country Caterers, Inc, ROCKS! They came highly recommended as the preferred vendor of our venue location. Dave, Jen & Scott gave us the attention we needed to fulfill our needs. In addition they allowed us to get creative with our brunch menu and embraced our suggestions for menu items and ingredients that were not a part of their standard selections. Our guests were extremely impressed with the staff’s professionalism and the quality of the food and the service. The presentation of cocktails and the beautiful artesian display was a MAJOR hit during cocktail hour.

The reception decor was a work of perfection and was everything I envisioned. From the rich, gorgeous burlap linen table cloths; to the perfectly placed plum satin napkins. My sophisticated vintage/shabby chic wedding all came together, wonderfully.

I have no previous experience with Maryland Country Caterers but after last week will definitely consider them for events in the future!

I work for Kaine Homes and every month our owner, Brooke, hosts a personal enrichment class and company lunch. For March, Chef Luis Dall from Maryland Country Caterers came to our model home and taught us how to prepared a Cuban Black Bean soup and a Chipotle Roasted Butternut Squash soup. What a treat! The soups were AMAZING, the presentation was professional and Chef Luis was a great teacher; I will properly chop an onion from now on!
