On the corporate side of Maryland Country Caterers, we offer small lunch deliveries in and around the Beltway. With a minimum order of 10 people we will deliver and set up a hot or cold lunch for your office Monday through Friday. We offer a wide variety of menus to meet the cultural and dietary demands of our clients as well as budget conscience menus for those looking to save a little money but provide a great meal. This service is used greatly by pharmaceutical representatives as well as companies looking to treat their office for a job well done.

Maryland Country Caterers Policies

Service Personnel -
Service personnel will be provided by Maryland Country Caterers. The number of staff people and costs will be determined by Maryland Country Caterers based on nature of individual party. Maryland Country Caterers does not rent service personnel for parties other than those catered by same.

Equipment Rental/Subcontracted Items -
Maryland Country Caterers will provide the necessary rental of all required equipment as specified by client at rates quoted on price list. Any changes in subcontracted items or services cannot be guaranteed if changes are made less than seven working days prior to event.

Flowers and Decorating -
To be coordinated by client, the caterer and the florist/decorator of your choice. Our in house floral designer is available to work with you at your convenience, by appointment.

Guarantee -
A 90% guaranteed number of guests is required twenty one days in advance. The final 100% guaranteed count is required fourteen days in advance. If no guarantee is submitted, the count on the signed contract will stand as the guarantee.

Deposit and Contract -
A 10% deposit and signed contract are necessary to confirm the date. Your deposit is refundable in full with written notice of cancellation sixty days prior to the date. Your deposit is not refundable if notice of cancellation is received less than sixty days prior to the date of the function. The balance is due in full seven days in advance of the function.
